The Dark Jedi also appears to be an average Republic soldier, leaving no trace of a Force signature and wielding a standard Republic blaster pistol. He looks you up and down in satisfaction before speaking, his voice much less harsh and mechanical without the voice filter on his helmet.
"Perfect... if I didn't know it was you, I wouldn't be able to tell you from any other Republic soldier in the fleet. Let's get rid of these bodies before we hit the system."

The now-gaunt bodies are a lot lighter, and I grab one in each hand before placing them in the airlock.
"ETA?"

"Four minutes."
The Dark Jedi glances at the skeleton-like bodies with a look of disgust.
"I'll... go drop us out of hyperspace."
Siin heads off to the cockpit, pulling the ship back into realspace. His voice comes over the comm system.
"Alright, go ahead and jettison them, then get up here to the bridge. The sooner we get to Dantooine, the sooner we can get back."

I eject the bodies, heading back to the cockpit, a look of sated hunger lingering. "You ready?"

"Ready to infiltrate a Republic base filled with Jedi, find a holocron that's most likely in a high-security vault, and make it out alive?"
The Dark Jedi grins.
"I'm as ready as I'll ever be."
Taj-El Siin re-engages the hyperdrive and pauses.
"Do you feel it? We're getting close... very close. The Light Side is strong on this planet- all that truth, justice, and peace... it's absolutely sickening."

I shake my head, grinning at the hypocrisy that the Jedi and Sith exude-- Perhaps the only trait they share in common.
"Good thing justice is so flawed these days. I'd be dead ten times over if it weren't the case."

"Yes, it's time to go," the figure in hangar 5 mutters into his comlink. His mysterious craft takes off with a roar from the hangar and slips into hyperspace after it leaves orbit...
