TOR - Manaan

[The Force]

Welcome to Manaan, a neutral and peaceful water planet where no fighting is permitted. Can be used as a meeting area for both sides.
Sells healing supplies.

[N-13 "Galaar"]

The Rift enters the system, landing at Ahto City. Taj-El Siin exits the boarding ramp, looking around.
"Yes... yes, this will do nicely."
He turns to Valerius.
"Let's get what we need and get out of here, quickly."
The Dark Jedi pauses as his ship's engines fire up again and it takes off, as though out of its own free will.

[Emjajoas]

Glad to be out of the ship and in my own element, I look around, crossing my arms.
"Never been here before. Smells terrible," I mutter, heading towards the center of the city to gather information before striking.

[N-13 "Galaar"]

Siin pokes around, passing several Selkath and muttering under his breath.
"Fish-faces..."
He casually strolls into a hangar and, for a few brief moments, inspects the light freighter docked there- before he is noticed and hailed a couple of Republic guards standing near it.
"You there, Sith! You're not supposed to be in here!"
Taj-El Siin smirks under his helmet, bowing slightly.
"My mistake, gentlemen."
The Dark Jedi makes an about-face and exits the way he came, taking note of the hangar number and location. He draws his comlink.
"Siin here. I found the perfect one. Meet me outside Hangar 14 in fifteen minutes."

[Kieran]

Ha ha! This has to be my favorite planet in KOTOR.

[Emjajoas]

"Lucky little.." I mutter to myself, fixing my jacket.
Making sure my weapons were on me, I locate hanger 14 and wait in the shadows a ways away, watching for Siin.

[N-13 "Galaar"]

"Only four guards, shouldn't be a problem."
As you jump in surprise at the voice, you realize the Dark Jedi is standing next to you.
"Let's make this quick. The faster we get out of here, the better."
Taj-El Siin draws one of his four lightsabers in his left hand and strides through the doors into the hangar...

[Emjajoas]

I slip in beside you, drawing my dagger as quick as a flash and slicing open my left hand. Before one of the guards can react, I extend the injured hand, and a red bolt of energy slices through the air, killing him.

[Guest]

*A figure watches the movements of the two conspirators, and nods silently to himself. He then makes his way to Hangar 5...*

[N-13 "Galaar"]

Siin smiles under his helmet as he sees they've taken their foes by surprise. His lightsaber slashes through a nearby console, destroying it. Simultaneously, he lifts one of the guards, crushing his heart and tossing his lifeless body into another Republic soldier. The last guard draws his blaster.

[Emjajoas]

My dagger sails across the open air, striking him in the throat.
I retrieve it, then look at the cut across my left hand.
Laughing to myself, I close my fist, hard, and when it reopens the wound is healed.
"That was easier than I'd hoped," I say, grinning.

[N-13 "Galaar"]

"Let's take the bodies with us. After we strip them of their uniforms, we can jettison them out in space. There was no blaster fire... no one will suspect a thing. Now let's get out of here!"
Siin picks up two of the bodies with the Force and enters the ship, tossing them into the cargo hold and making his way to the bridge.

[Emjajoas]

I head over to the bodies, slinging one over my shoulder and bringing him into the ship. I rush out to the other and take him on board as well.
Finally, I head out again and absorb the traces of blood in the hanger.

Entering the ship again, I cut a finger slightly, using the energy to create a semisolid red sphere of energy that I play with, much like a coin, between my fingers. "Ready when you are," I say.

[Guest]

"I'm ready", mutters the figure in Hangar 5. Strapping in to a mysterious craft, he begins the takeoff prep.

[N-13 "Galaar"]

Siin brings up the logs and reads the name of the ship... the Liberty.
"The Liberty, eh? We certainly liberated it... I wonder how much kolto she's carrying?"
He starts up the main systems, adjusting to the controls.
"Freighters almost always handle like a pregnant bantha, let's see if this one's any different."

[Emjajoas]

"Probably not," I scowl. I head back to the bodies, taking two uniforms, and then arrange them in a row. I clean the uniforms, then sit down to meditate near the bodies.

[N-13 "Galaar"]

Taj pilots the freighter out of Manaan's gravity, plugging in the hyperspace coordinates before heading towards the cargo bay.
"We made it out without detection... we should be at our destination soon enough."
He draws and activates all four of his lightsabers telekinetically, crossing his legs and hovering a foot off the floor, his weapons slowly rotating around him. His eyes close and he assumes a calm meditation not normally seen among Dark Jedi.

[Emjajoas]

Faint traces of red energy swirl around me as I wait for us to exit hyperspace.

[Guest]

*The figure finishes his flight prep and sits back to wait...*

[N-13 "Galaar"]

Siin's eyes suddenly snap open.
"We're nearly there. We mustn't use any Force powers while we're on Dantooine, or we'll have the entire planet after us. I've hidden my Force signature... as for you, well, try not to get cut."
The Dark Jedi picks out a uniform and goes to the captains' quarters to change, placing his weapons and armor into a small cargo container.

... Could we maybe have a rule that we only really have in character posts/ serious posts in the roleplay? I have noticed that in just about every planet topic, there are at least a couple off topic, almost spammy posts in them that just have no point in a roleplay topic. Admittedly, I have made a couple of those posts myself, but I think we should add a rule to get rid of them. We may have to add an off topic forum to aid in this, I don't know. But could we try and keep the roleplay topics JUST for roleplay?

Yeah, we really need to get that rule up. I may add an off-topic forum, but I want the forum to be mostly centered around the RP.

Ya, I would certainly support that rule, and you could go ahead and delete any posts that have already been made that break that rule, just to clean things up a bit.

I finish leeching the power from the bodies. When Siin returns, I have already changed and have my blades discretely placed where military regulations would allow them.
Aside from my slightly irregular Force signature, I look like a republic soldier-- And the Force signature could be anyone and anything's, leaving me at a slight advantage.
